Repeat Prescriptions

Our prescriptions are computerised. If you are on regular medication you will be given a copy prescription sheet which you can use to request a repeat prescription. You can place the copy in the repeat prescription order box in reception, post it to the surgery or phone the prescription line: Stonecroft: 265 4497. We also accept all faxed requests (265 0001).

Please allow two working days for the prescription to be checked and signed by the doctor. If you want your prescription posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. Repeat prescriptions are authorised by the doctor only. You may be asked to see the doctor for review after a certain time.

The prescription line (265 4497) is only open from 4.30 - 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (on Thursday the practice closes from 12 noon). Where possible please provide a written request or send an SAE.
