PRACTICE QUESTIONNAIRE
The Practice will be conducting a questionnaire during October and your help in completing will be greatly appreciated. We were able to make several improvements as a result of your input last year.
EXTENDED OPENING INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS
From December we are offering appointments on a Saturday morning. These can be booked in advance by any patient but will mainly help patients who find it difficult to attend a surgery during the week.
Reception will NOT be open for telephone enquiries or any other services.
